As many of you know I love to journal and have been for years. Now that I am starting this amazing new journey into motherhood I wanted to find the perfect journal to document the next nine months. This little book has been my bedside companion for the last eight months and it’s almost filled up. I love looking back through it already and I imagine years from now it will be an absolute treasure.
I hope this review will guide you towards finding the right journal to start documenting your pregnancy.
Introducing a Vertical Weekly layout for the Traveler’s Notebook
I was just recently converted from the week + memo layout to the vertical hourly layout. I had to make one for a custom request but after I made it I wanted one for myself. I will definitely be switching for the upcoming 2017 year.
Here is a quick flip through this new insert and a look at the Bon Voyage design:)
How I use my Midori Traveler’s Notebook as a wallet and journal while we are on the road…
My love for the Traveler’s Notebook system grows with every day and I am always excited to share it with others. This trip I finally took a moment to capture my current travel setup, must have gear, and how I like to use my Midori when traveling. It really has become a daily part of my life and there is not a minute that goes by I don’t have my Midori by my side. READ MORE →
Exploring and Camping along Hwy 50 and the Ely area in Northern Nevada
Sometimes, no matter how much you plan, things just don’t go the way you want. I guess that is what makes traveling a journey though. It’s so exciting when you open your mailbox to find a package waiting for you! Especially, one that arrived earlier than expected and it’s covered in cute postage stamps from Japan.
I recently found a new shop on Etsy called CuteThingsFromJapan and loved her selection of crafting/Traveler’s Notebook goodies. She has everything from Chamil Gardens, Classiky, washi tapes, clips, stamps, and even Traveler’s Notebook accessories. If you can’t make it to Japan to drool over their stationary this is the next best way to find what you are looking for. Not only does she have a great selection of items but her customer service is wonderful and her packaging is top notch. READ MORE →
Itoya: Traveler’s Notebook 10th Anniversary Mini Edition
Today I am so excited to share with you the Traveler’s Notebook 10th Anniversary Mini Edition . This little notebook has made quite the journey. Thanks to a very thoughtful friend that was traveling to Tokyo. He made a special detour into Itoya and went on a little shopping spree for me. The only thing is I didn’t give him a shopping list and he knows nothing about journaling, Traveler’s Notebooks, or anything of the like. He also doesn’t speak fluently so the language barrier was a little difficult to ask what some of it was so he basically picked out stuff he thought looked cool. Imagine my surprise when I opened the bags to find the Traveler’s Notebook 10th Anniversary Edition!!!! I was over the moon thrilled, and completely surprised. He confessed he had no idea what it was when he bought it he just figured since everyone was hovered around them it must be good. READ MORE →
